At Inspire Aviation, safety is not a checklist — it's a culture. Every pilot, student, and renter is expected to uphold these standards on every flight.
Every pilot is responsible for conducting a thorough preflight inspection before each flight. This includes checking fuel levels, oil, control surfaces, avionics, and all safety equipment. No shortcuts — safety begins on the ground.
All pilots must obtain a complete weather briefing from 1800wxbrief.com or ForeFlight before every flight. VFR minimums must be met and maintained. When in doubt, don't go out — weather decisions save lives.
Any mechanical issue, unusual noise, or system anomaly must be reported immediately using the aircraft discrepancy log. Do not fly an aircraft with a known unresolved discrepancy. Report it — don't ignore it.
All aircraft must be returned clean, fueled, and properly tied down after each flight. Remove all trash, personal items, and debris. Secure tie-down chains or ropes to all three points. Leave it better than you found it.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in or around any Inspire Aviation aircraft. No pilot or passenger may fly within 8 hours of consuming alcohol, or while under the influence of any impairing substance. Zero tolerance.
In the event of an in-flight emergency or post-flight damage, contact Inspire Aviation immediately. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs. All maintenance must be performed by a certified A&P mechanic. Safety first, always.
