Josh is passionate about creating pilots. His own pilot adventure started as a hobby and grew from there. He has been flying for over 15 years and instructing for more than 8 years. He developed into a dedicated CFI and later brought his real-world airline experience back to the school to help shape the next generation. Josh serves as Chief Pilot and leads our instructor team with a strong focus on safety, clear structure, and genuine mentorship. He is committed to guiding students from their very first flight all the way through Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, and even CFI certification. He brings over 4,100 hours of total flight experience, including more than 2,200 hours of dual instruction given. He holds an ATP certificate along with his CFI and CFII ratings.

A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Daniel believes it is never too late to chase a lifelong dream. After building a successful career while raising a family, he committed to aviation and earned six FAA certificates and ratings in just over two years. His background in technology and processes naturally complements aviation, where disciplined procedures, systems thinking, and sound decision-making are essential to every flight. As an instructor, Daniel enjoys helping students realize that with dedication, structure, and the right guidance, becoming a pilot is an achievable goal.

Karl Schwab is a third-generation pilot from Houston, Texas. After attending Texas A&M University and serving in the US Marines, he spent twenty-five years as a software engineer for defense contractors including Raytheon, General Dynamics, and BAE Systems. His aviation journey began in the mid-1990s when he joined the Raytheon Employees Flying Club. He earned his Private Pilot certificate in 1996, followed by Instrument and Commercial ratings, and later added multi-engine qualifications. After raising four children, Karl returned to his first love and became a full-time flight instructor at Inspire Aviation in the Fall of 2024. He currently flies Medevac missions in King Air aircraft and brings over 3,500 total hours and 1,300 hours of dual instruction to his students.
